Making Jam

There was a great sale on Strawberries this week- so you know what that means? Strawberry freezer jam. It was good timing. I was down to my last couple containers of jam. I had a couple of great helpers and a new food processor that helped make the jam in half the time. It is very tasty. (Don't worry Chris, I had the boys wash their hands.)

I missed the strawberry sale...where is it? I love to make jam...and Benson is a jam snob and will only have homemade...he's so spoiled :)

Know what? I was down to my last containers of jam too! Whew! I really should learn to make my own, but as long as your doing the fishing...well, I'll let you! :0)

The sale last week was at sprouts- but this week Albertson's has them for 1.50 a container.

Looks like fun!! :-) Homemade jam is the best, and freezer jam is the easiest!! ENJOY! (if you could save some for when your sister-in-law and 4 kids come to visit...she'd bring some homemade banana bread to put it on!!) :-)
